remove carpet, install hardwood

The staircase below was covered in tile.  Please note the mortice (slot) i cut for every new tread on every staircase.

this means there is a perfect joint between the new tread and original stringer (white).  No gaps and it locks in place.  Installers who cut it close and then use caulking are sub standard,

The wood on carpeted stairs can not be finished  it is not even paint grade.

I refinish and the stringers, install hardwood treads, posts, rail, balusters.
